Hello, neighbors!

I'm John Peck. I live at 1740 Chatham Ave. I have had the privilege of serving the neighborhood and surrounding cities with real estate needs.

In 2023, I was approached by a former Chatham neighbor, Denny Widmer, with the idea of doing a neighborhood-wide garage sale. I agreed to do it. After all, Denny has had a sale each year since the late 1970's! He's still in touch with many of the current neighbors.
